Mass spectral FoodOmics

We are diving into the mass spectra of foods to continue to build out the Global FoodOmics dataset, gain insights into diet, explore food characteristics based on spectral relatedness between ingredients, and further develop spectral annotation by origin with reference data-driven (RDD) metabolomics.
