Immunoinformatics

This research line involves the development of novel immunoinformatics tools to enable novel immunological applications. We strive to make the tools we develop useful to aid human health, through collaborations with hospitals and industry.

Our applications vary from vaccine development and infectious diseases, to auto-immune disorders (such as multiple sclerosis and arthritis) and oncology. We have a research focus on T-cells, and in particular making T-cell receptor sequence data interpretable and actionable.
