Laboratory expertise:
Our research laboratories include two cell culture laboratories, a functional lab, a zebrafish facility and are equipped for extensive sequencing capabilities.
Over the years, we have specialized in NGS, WGS, WES, RNA-seq, iPSCs, Zebrafish research and CRISPR-Cas, among others.
We are developing novel assays for biomarker identification (IMPRESS), drug screening in in vivo models (LMT), and much more.
Bioinformatics expertise:
Our bioinformatics expertise spans multiple research areas and departments, focusing on custom algorithm development and biomarker discovery. We have had a leading role in the formation of the BIOMINA bioinformatics core facility at the University of Antwerp.
Health AI:
We apply advanced 'omics analysis techniques to further biological knowledge. In addition, we do pioneering work into new data analysis methods, from proteomics and metabolomics to single cell sequencing.
